Coping Skills Group for Parents
In this 6 week group, parents will learn and practice lifelong coping skills. This structured psychoeducational group based upon CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) will incorporate mindfulness, strength spotting, emotion regulation skills, and other evidence-based strategies.

Lisa Winner, LMHC and Ali Malkin, LICSW will be co-facilitating this group virtually on Tuesdays. This group runs from October 10th through November 28th (with group canceled on October 31st and November 21st for upcoming holidays) from 5 pm-6 pm. We will use a Zoom platform.
$400 per participant for 6 hours. This is a closed group
Middle School Self-Esteem Group
The Middle School Self-Esteem Group is a four-week group with the goal to empower middle school-aged participants and build self-esteem via identity exploration and understanding. In addition, our young participants will learn how to support the self-esteem of others, build and maintain positive relationships and peer support, and learn strategies for reinforcing self-confidence.
Led by Windhorse clinician Jai Madden, the group will meet in person at the Damonmill offices on Thurdays, October 5th through 26th, from 4 pm to 5 pm.
