MEET CAILEY BOUMIL

Clinical Mental Health Counselor

Cailey Boumil, a former film industry professional, was drawn to counseling in order to fulfill a passion for helping teens and young adults discover who they want to be in the world. She brings authenticity, warmth, and humor to every session. Cailey’s relational approach to counseling rests on the notion that no matter how uphill, twisty, or dark a path may be, walking it with someone is always easier than walking it alone. With deep clinical experience in both hospital and academic settings, Cailey's work primarily focuses on trauma, depression and anxiety, and issues within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Cailey received her Bachelors from Stonehill College and, like many of the Windhorse team members, her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, where she gained a particular appreciation for holistic and existential styles of practice. In her free time, Cailey is an avid movie-watcher and book-reader. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, snowboarding, and petting dogs.
